01/03/2008 - Quite a lot has happened in the past couple months, sorry about the lack of updates but we've undergone some changes lately and things have been delayed. We are excited to start production on two CD releases for ORDER OF THE VULTURE; the first being a CD version of the s/t LP we released along with the 'Christ Killer' 7", and a bonus version of the song "Iconoclast." The second is the eagerly anticipated follow-up full length to their first LP, entitled Death Disciple. Both releases will be coming out in late winter/early Spring so keep your eyes peeled! Also in the future will be the long awaited ANAEROBA LP/CD, which we just received materials for, a NUX VOMICA / WAKE UP ON FIRE split LP, as well as future plans for a 57 OCTAVES BELOW release, who feature members of both NUX VOMICA and WAKE UP ON FIRE. There's a lot going on and a lot up our sleeves, so for now please enjoy reviews of NUX VOMICA, MEISCE, and BLACKOUT on their respective release pages. Cheers and Happy New Year!

06/16/2007 - The Nux Vomica LP's and CD's are in, we raised the retail price of this a bit, so if you pre-ordered a copy, you lucked out! The record release show is tonight at the Fried Chicken Barge. Click on the shows page for an updated tour itinerary. Buy them drinks and food when they come to your town!

05-24-2007 - Nux Vomica records and CDs will be arriving the second week of June, and for those who have placed pre-orders, you will be the first to get 'em! From the remnants of Baltimore-based WAKE UP ON FIRE, comes the debut full-length release by NUX VOMICA entitled “A Civilized World.”  Now residing in Portland , OR ,
Nux Vomica picks up where The Uninspired 7” EP left off with eight tracks of powerful and epic metallic crust punk.  Acoustic and clean-channel breakdowns mingle with intense, devastating overtures on this LP/CD release.  With poetically and politically angered vocals, this is a completely over-the-top hardcore punk record that defies easy classification.  Recorded and mastered by Jay Matheson at the Jam Room in Colombia , SC.  Front Cover artwork by Jason Angst and Poster artwork by Little Debee.  Initial pressing of 500 LPs on black vinyl with printed inner sleeves and a 24 x 36” poster, 1000 CD’s with poster/lyric insert.

Also coming up we have the Order of the Vulture CD, which will be a digi-pak with a 16-page booklet. The CD will include the Christ Killer 7" and the s/t LP, both remastered and devastating as ever! 

We will also be putting out the debut full-length LP/CD release by Baltimore to PDX transplants Nux Vomica, with their release "A Civilized World..?" More info on these releases and pre-orders coming soon!

11-20-2006 - The Meisce "Bored of the Dance" EP is currently available! It is a split label release with Fistolo Records in PA, and features two tracks of frenzied and intoxicating folk punk. Initial pressing of 1,000, the record is a big-hole 45 RPM single. Order a copy here:

Other projects we have in the works will include a fully remastered CD version of the Order of the Vulture LP that includes their Christ Killer 7" tracks, a debut full-length LP by Minneapolis' Blackout, a split 7" with Slightly Less Than Nothing and Meat of Mankind, a debut full-length by Kursk from Winnipeg, and a vinyl release by UK crust warriors After the Massacre!

09-13-2006 - Over Labor Day weekend, Stace of Aborted Society Records and Slightly Less Than Nothing suffered an assault on his way home from a bar Saturday evening. He was jumped by a group of thugs and landed up in the hospital with several broken and cracked ribs, fractured spine, a broken collar bone, and a collapsed lung. All of this just to steal a side bag he had on him. Fuckers.

He is staying at a friend's house and is out of the hospital now. His lung has started working again and he is well on his way to recovery.

Countdown to Armageddon s/t 7" now at the pressing plant, should be ready by the show on July 30th at the Catwalk Club! Come out and support, you don't want to miss any of the bands!
